    Lead the imagination, design and execution of creative marketing strategy and solutions from concept through delivery to support business objectives. Serve as project manager for integrated global marketing campaigns that elevates brand and achieves goals/KPIs.

    Responsible for brand efforts for the organization, including launching a refreshed visual identity and redesigned website. Led brand awareness campaign and development of branding assets including logos, brand guidelines, templates, landing pages, etc.

Brand & Experience Manager | December 2020 - Present

  • Led creative, content and web initiatives for major life insurance carrier. Managed team of designers, including external creative agency and web development team. Responsible for integrated marketing campaigns, engaging customer journeys in B2B and D2C channels through the use of personas and targeting. 

    Led design and implementation of creative channels including websites, advertisements, emails, videos, trade show booths, white papers, etc. Managed $8M budget to execute on vision.

    Managed award-winning corporate website which is hosted on a content management platform. Responsible for UX/UI design, complex integrations, cloud-based hosting, web accessibility and security best practices. Grew traffic and conversations resulting in a 36.31% increase in submitted business year-over-year. 

    Responsible for brand strategy across all audiences and channels. Implemented brand guidelines, visual identity and tone of voice framework. Led brand awareness initiatives both internally and externally.
